There are too many hotels in the area to stay in this one. Our room needs a complete overhaul as does the whole hotel The mattresses were sunk in, the carpet was old and dirty, the bathroom shower head was not attached to the wall, and the dog/s across the hall from us barked early morning and late night. We had to get new card keys as ours would not work shortly after we got them. We will not be staying there again nor in any other of their properties.

When I got to my room and went to use the bathroom I open the seat and found feces on inside toilet bowl. I call down to front desk and ask for another room and was told none where available , so I asked if they would send someone up to clean and was no house keeping was on duty, but that I could come down to front desk and get Clorox whip and clean it my self. My wife spoke with front desk the next morning and which they stated house cleaning would clean the bathroom. My wife and I left no from house keeping ever came to the room the two I stayed at the hotel. Also the Breakfast staff is very rude when you ask them for something that run out of , like coffee and creamer. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

A week is entirely too long to stay here. We ended up leaving a day early because we were over the entire experience. First full day of being here our van was hit in the parking lot. How no one saw anything is beyond me and don't count on cameras because there isn't any! Breakfast...don't even call it that. Thankfully we brought a sandwich maker for the kids and ended up eating the rest of our breakfasts in our room. Apparently the cool thing to do here is talk in the hallway on speaker...especially at 10pm at night. The walls between your room and the hallway could practically be paper. It was like the other visitors were in my room talking.
