Our condo looks so amazing and beautiful! Since this is a rental property it was critical that the project be done on time as renters were scheduled to come in. *****’s team finished the project ahead of schedule. Many time when we look at “value” we think of “price”. I know this is a rental but we use it a lot and share with friends and family. We wanted something beautiful. The quality of their work is worth every penny.

I just hired LA Construction Services for the first time and it will not be my last! I engaged LA Construction to complete a variety of fixes after our building was hit by a drunk driver; the work included replacing brick, siding, fascia, support posts, and guttering as well as landscape timbers that enclosed the landscaping. This was a tedious job, with many 'small' but important components. I'm sure in the grand scheme of construction jobs that this one would count in the category of being more trouble than it's worth to complete. Nonetheless, Eddie and his team were friendly, welcoming of the work, very professional, and treated the project as though it were as desirable as any other. They did a very thorough, quality job--perfectly matching the brick and siding. You would never know the building had gone through what it has. I'm very pleased and look forward to working with them again. Highly recommend!
