I just took my cat to Dr. Stephanie Ortiz @ Hometown Veteranary in Naperville. Very awesome experience!!! Let me start by saying that when I called looking for a vet to see my cats--who my prior holistic vet thought might have a rare disease (Feline Hyperesthesia Syndrome or FHS)--Dr. Ortiz answered the phone. She said she was knowledgable about FHS disease but honestly admitted that she hadn't treated a cat with FHS. She shared what she knew which was a lot. I took a chance. On the day of the appt, I drove to the wrong clinic. I brought both my cats here starting in 2025. They were treated very well, everyone treated them like their own. Sadly my Sassy passed away early in 2025 at a separate urgent care facility. Hometown Veterinary Partners still sent flowers! I absolutely love all the staff. Then my Finley became very ill and they regularly called to check on him and Dr. Rohan and the other staff worked hard to figure out what was wrong. They got it figured out and put him on a treatment plan that worked very well! Prices are reasonable, but my favorite part is that they give him so much love that he actually loves visiting!! The ladies here are amazing my cat got stuck on my balcony across the way and they saved her from getting hurt climbed up a latter and wrapped her so she didn’t try to jump they were so gentle with my little Sunny and I’m forever grateful they showed such care and love for this animal they didn’t even know and that’s the exact type of people you want to be around your fur babies.
