I've been seeing Katelyn for years (since 2018, I think) and I have never had a bad experience. She is incredibly thorough while also incredibly fast which is beyond appreciated since I have a hectic schedule. While getting waxed isn't an experience most would call fun, I can genuinely say that I look forward to every appointment simply because of Katelyn's positive, sunny attitude. If she's ever had a bad day, you would never know. We spend the entire appointment talking, laughing, and it's over before I know it.
