Customers appreciate the cleanliness of the location and the quick service provided. The staff, like Lisa and Shannon, are outgoing and create a pleasant atmosphere for customers. The salon utilizes an app for convenience, allowing customers to check wait times and schedule appointments easily. Overall, Great Clips offers affordable prices, quality haircuts, and a welcoming environment for all.
I really like this location and have continued coming here even after having a couple haircuts that didn’t turn out well. On one occasion ultimately resulted in shaving my head. I understand mistakes happen, and the staff handled that situation professionally and didn’t charge me, so this isn’t an angry review about that.
My frustration is that a high and tight seems to be a haircut some stylists aren’t comfortable with, while there are one or two stylists here who consistently do an excellent job with it. I’ve been told I’m not allowed to request a specific stylist and have to take whoever is next.

I had a grate experience, Mrs.Katley and Mrs.Amy welcomed me warmly and took me in even tough they were 2 minutes before closing time unlike the other hair salon refused to take me in even though I had and appointing and I was there 20 minutes before closing time, I really appreciate this two amazing women’s work and service
We came in on July the 2nd and the stylist named Kathy gave my husband top notch haircut, very pleasant and very knowledgeable. She was fast! She was able to get him in and out because we had somewhere to be for dinner. We just moved to the area and I will have to say this had to be the best haircut since we’ve been going to Great Clips. We definitely will be back to this Great Clips. Hopefully we’ll be able to get her again. I know they don’t take request. But who knows maybe we will be lucky❤
