Stylist was courteous and listened to my requests and I got a really nice haircut. I get compliments all the time on how nice my hair looks. I wish we could pick our stylist and not just take who is next in rotation. Glad they’re doing this evaluations. The really good stylists deserve to be recognized for their good work.
I have been going to Great Clips for over 13 years and I enjoy the friendly, professional staff here. I do not use the app, however, the wait time is usually within 30 minutes after arriving at the salon. I highly recommend the Great Clips at Carolina Forest for your hair care needs.
The online sign in feature has always worked fine. My issue is with pricing. Prior to COVID children and elder men’s haircuts were $12. Over the next 4 years you raise your prices 50% to $18, while compounded inflation was 22%. You weren’t reacting to inflation, you were the cause of inflation. At $18 most people pay $20, a $2 TIP. Trump gave your employees a tax break by not taxing TIPs. Now customers will pay $30 with $0 TIP. You stole their TIPs by raising your rates. I find your behaviour to be abhorrent and you should lose your employees. I encourage them to walk out.
