Dr. Dean has agreed to work with us on the HSA and is looking for a new system that can properly accept debit cards, especially for those with HSA cards. They are also working on crediting back the surcharge from previous charges.

Much like a previous review, we have had continuous issues with billing and insurance. They are illegally charging surcharges on HSA debit cards. When I tried to pay cash, I was told they don't give change back. The next time I tried to pay cash, the front desk found a way to give me change from their own pocket, which I found odd.
