Grand Strand Custom Pools exceeded our expectations. Bryce McElroy, his team, and their subcontractors demonstrated a clear commitment to excellence—not only in building our pool, but also in providing outstanding service throughout the process.
Despite challenging weather conditions, they completed the project on time and with impressive quality. After the pool was finished in November 2024, we began additional landscaping projects. Bryce continued to be a valuable resource, offering thoughtful recommendations, prompt answers to our questions, and referrals when needed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Honest, Reliable, and Extremely Helpful!
We just bought a house with a pool and honestly had no idea what we got ourselves into. I called Grand Strand Pool Services because I thought my pool skimmer wasn’t working. BJ, the owner, came out and quickly figured out the issue—it wasn’t the skimmer at all, the setting was just off in the Hayward app. Problem solved!

We are brand new salt water pool owners. BJ and his team have been beyond amazing helping me get my pool's water chemistry perfect! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to use their expertise for the life of my pool! I would 100% recommend them for any and every pool owner!
