I'm not a home owner, but a tenant. My ac went out last week. Of course my landlord hired them and I've no idea about the cost. But I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They were here when they said they would be here, they were courteous, didn't leave a huge mess, and I've spoken to a couple of the guys that did the work here since. They explained how the new unit works, the maintenance, and ask if I was happy. Because I live in an older building, it took longer than expected because of things out of their control. But I am happy with the solution they provided to fix what was a big concern for me.

We called Ellis when we were not able to get a response from our builder or their HVAC contractor. Our system is still under warranty. Ellis came within a couple of hours and had us up and running very quickly. The service tech was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Ellis will be our go to going forward.Services: A/C system repair
