Derek arrived on time and went straight to work cleaning several furniture pieces and an area rug. He kept me informed about any spots he saw and set realistic expectations about dining room chair seats that had some stains. All the pieces he cleaned came out beautifully-I’d definitely call Elite Carpet Cleaning again!
