Doctors Care Hearing Services

I went here and ended up finding out I had two ear infections. They told.me to put ear drops in my ears twice a fay. That's less than any ever doctor ever told.me to do when having outer ear infections. They also said it was 150 and I received a bill for 267 dollars after already paying 88 st the time of visit. Needless to say my ear did not vet better and when I called to request a refill they told.me I had to come in again. I'm not spending another 350 dollars to get my problem solved. I'll just sit here for a month with an ear infection until I can vet to my primary care doctor. Thanks for nothing.

I'm in vacation so I did not think I would have to go to an urgent care, but I did. While the wait was expected (2 hours), I was not greeted in a professional manner. When I completed my paper the receptionist threw it aside and said I would have to wait until she got to it. While waiting, k overheard the doctor say that she should not have signed up for today. Did online check in at 10am; said expected time would be 4pm; will get a text 30 minutes before time to be seen; after getting text and arriving, still had to wait over 2 hours to be seen... why have online check in if they still make you sit and wait for hours?
