We worked with Renae and she was so helpful and kind during one of the most devastating and difficult times for my family. She made everything go as easily and smoothly as you could hope for. Having never dealt with making arrangements before and of course being upset, they were so helpful, kind, and patient – exactly what you need at a time like that. Balancing being professional yet caring, I did not feel like a business transaction but they kept a comfortable distance so it didn’t get too emotional or messy. Very clear on pricing, what is required, and possible add one if interested. No upsell or taking advantage of vulnerable people.
