Outstanding!!
We’ve utilized the same local HVAC company for more than a decade and have had intermittent issues. The last time left us without our primary ac in our practice for 5 weeks. When I called to get an update, I was told it may be another 3 weeks. I called Cooper, having heard many positives from patients coming thru the office noting our problems. Their techs were down that afternoon. While noting that our blower unit was in need of repair, they opted to rebuild it rather than order a whole new unit. They had us up and running within the week. Eddie McKnight came out to our house this morning on a requested service call. While the A/C unit was running, it was working too hard, and I could tell it wasn't being efficient. Eddie listened to me, did some diagnosis and eventually discovered about 4 pin holes in the refrigerant header that needed repairing. These weren't easy to find nor easy to repair but he did it. I enjoyed speaking with Eddie about his career and how much he respected the company he worked for. From what I understood, Mr. Cooper respects the people on his team as well. I can't say enough good things about Cooper Mechanical and their technicians. A couple weeks ago, Bryson went above and beyond cleaning some drain lines on the AC unit in our condo.
Our HVAC unit in our house went out late last night. I called early this morning expecting to get the after hours answering service. To my surprise, Franklin answered and was on site before I finished my first cup of coffee, shortly before 7:00AM. He had us up and cooling by 7:45AM.
