Good response but terrible follow up. The technician was dispatched the same day but was perplexed with the replacement lock set for the french doors. I reached back out to Matt after a week and he was going to get with the technician, whom never returned my call.
Coastal Contract Hardware has come to our church two times to make repairs on two doors. Both times the service representatives have been very professional. They arrived on time, and complete their work in a timely manner. Our church highly recommends this company,
I had a contractor buy partitions from you to install in our restrooms about 5 months ago, One of your staff came out and measured for themselves to make sure the order would be correct. My contractor pick up the partitions from you to install and they were not the right size and had to re-order. fast forward about a month after the install all the hardware started to rust we had your guy come out and after talking to your supplier they determined we used some kind of abrasive cleaner that caused the rust and would not stand behind their product. I pointed out the our other 6 restrooms in the building that had 20 year old hardware was not rusting and we use the same cleaner... read full review
