    One of the most important criteria for a real estate agent is knowledge of the market. The second most important criteria is to understand what the client needs. Bret knows the Myrtle Beach very very well and understood my needs very well. One afternoon was all I needed to decide on the property I wanted to purchase and I made an offer a few days later and closed within a month.

    We found a home we were interested in seeing that he had listed. He was on time and professional. He got all the information we needed and even helped us find a lender. He was so patient with us as we were living in Tennessee and purchasing a home in South Carolina, and there were times I didn't think we would ever finalize things. But he was there for us and like I said, even located a local lender that also went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Bret to anyone local or out of state who is interested in buying or selling a home.

This was a great asset due to the fact that I was in Illinois and conducting the transaction long-distance. He was the one who looked out for my interests since I was not on location.
