Very professional technician named Tyler checked out our heat pump and told us what ARS needed to do to fix it. We are now waiting on another technician to bring the needed materials to fix it today. Thank you!

Josh R. was our technician. He called when he was 40 minutes away & arrived promptly. He examined our unit, cleaned it and said that it was operating well. He told me that the unit doesn't have a heat pump which makes heating more expensive. I had no idea (my mother is the home owner), but that was good information to know!
Josh R. was friendly, polite & efficient. If we need HVAC services in the future, I'll definitely call this company.

I would like to praise ARS and the most competent person ever to have any dealings with . I'm speaking of Randy LaFountaine, who is dedicated to giving the best service, I've had ever received. He saw to it that he would fix the problem. He was very thorough and very well knowledgeable about his work. Randy , even called to ask us if all was running well the next day. Nice touch Randy! Also I would like to praise Shannon , for all the information on the process of service. She is very good at what she does.
