Pleasant experience with the person taking my order and it arrived but unfortunately didn't have the proper mask in the shipment.

My father-in-law stopped by the Myrtle Beach office last week while on vacation, we use apria back home and he completely forgot a vital piece that connects his mask to the tube. We thought his vacation would be ruined bc he cant sleep with out it and he wasn’t able to order as he just got his shipment before we left, but thanks to the woman up front and the other woman working there, he said Michelle, they found the spare connector he needed!! He was over the moon, they gave him the whole piece and told him to go enjoy his vacation and he said they did it with a smile and determination on their faces the whole time. In the beginning I would have given this company 5 stars but after my bipap machine was just paid off I can't seem to get the supplies I need in a timely manner. I was told 7-10 days but its been 14 now and they still do not know whats going on with the processing. I was just told they will reach out to me as soon as they know but I've heard this one before. Meanwhile my head gear is stretched out , I use a memory foam mask and that can't be cleaned like it should be. my hose had a hole in it fortunately I was able to pick one up at their office near me.
