I have an Airbnb and I was having an issue with my lock the morning of guest check in. Since I am not local to the area I needed to call a locksmith. I was worried that I would have trouble finding someone since it was a Sunday morning. I called All About Locks, left a message and Kim called me back right away. I explained my situation and she dispatched a technician, who arrived within 30 minutes. They were about to get the door opened and the lock repaired quickly. Truly a Life Saver and very fair on pricing. Highly recommend them to ANYONE.
Wonderful company! Was driving around to multiple stores looking for a specific lock and could not find it. Not only did they have what I needed they had options as well. Excellent customer service and great advice when I needed help on my decision. Highly recommend!
I had an issue with my RV door lock and I brought it to them, in pieces, to see if they could fix it and supply an extra key. I had to leave it with them, they called me shortly after leaving, all done. The only thing they charged me for was the key. I wish I could remember the name of the wonderful woman who helped me. She was amazing.15 stars to all involved. They are truly wonderful. ? ? ?
