Making this review on behalf of my Aunt. Her dog used to dread going to the groomers because it was stressful for him. Poor guy would be shaking like a leaf on the drive to the big chain that we used to use. We gave Shampooches a try mainly because it was closer to where we live, and HOLY COW what a difference. Letting the dogs play instead of crating them is so much better if your dog is friendly! Now my aunt's dog gets excited do go for a groom- which I've never seen before in all of my years of knowing him. Highly recommend to anyone in the area that's looking for a friendly place for both people and dogs!
FLIP 😀 my old doggy jan had an amazing time here, he was so happy he kept jumping around and couldnt keep still. During one point in the session he even ran onto the road and screamed „WAIT UKRAINE“.
Such a great experience for my fur babies. They were in desperate need of grooming. Luckily they take new clients and were scheduled within a week of contacting them. Absolutely no anxiety when I picked them up. Both were calm and enjoying their free time because they were not caged. Can not explain how pleased we were with the whole process! Thanks to this excellent team.
