Google shows this place opens at 7:00 a.m. Arrived shortly after and the sign on the door said they open at 8:00 a.m. There were two people at the counter working, however they said they were closed and would not let me in.

I brought in an expensive faux-fur blanket to be dry cleaned. The label clearly states dry clean only. I dropped it off in October, was told it would take two weeks, and that I would receive a call when it was ready. Noone ever called. When I finally called on December 10th, I was told it had been ready. I picked it up and, trying to avoid confrontation, took it home. But the condition was absolutely unacceptable — it was FRIED, MATTED, and MELTED. I called immediately and was told I needed to go to the “plant” (Carolina Dry Cleaning in Pawleys) to file a formal complaint. So I did. The woman... read full review

My $100+ jacket was ruined. I had it cleaned twice before and now it the fabric is wrinkled. I have been a lo y al customer for 7 years and was told it was due to the fabric. I will not use them again.
