Believe it or not, Tia was referred to me by my regular Pest Control company! I had a flea infestation carried by an animal of some sort that had gone under a porch. My pest guy Mike told me there’s no one better than Tia’s Mindful Pest & Property company to help him to help me. Tia came by within hours of me calling and although whatever was there had vacated, she continued to check for several days to be sure our problem was gone while keeping me up to date. I was so appreciative of her professional service and follow up. I am glad to have the opportunity to share a 5 STAR review and would recommend her to anyone looking to solve a pest problem.

We have used Mindful for years! We are so happy with the service, we are bug free with no harsh chemicals used because I have for babies and want them to live their best life in our house! The owners are amazing and are very responsive to all our issues we have had inside our house and outside! They did an inspection because I thought I had bats, I did not I just had a creaky roof!
We were on vacation at an Ocean Front property, when we had noticed bats were using the front porch posts as their roost. We called the property management who contacted Mindful Pests. Mindful pests were at our place within 4 hours, they assessed the property (inside and out), and came up with a plan. The next morning, Mindful pests were there and put their plan in action. They continued to check 2 or 3 times/week to make sure of the progress. We were impressed with their professionalism, their knowledge, quick response, and the ways to rid the bats from their roosts.
