If I could give 10 stars I would. Declare Wellness has helped me on my path to a healthy lifestyle. I have no more joint pain, I’ve lost weight and have tons of energy. I’m almost 70 but I get compliments that I look ten years younger, now who doesn’t love that. Thank you Dr. Cohen and staff, I appreciate everything more than words can say!!l
A Life-Changing Journey at Declare Wellness Center!
Joining Declare Wellness Center has been an absolutely transformative experience for my husband and me. Over the last 3 months, we embarked on this health journey together, and by staying completely dedicated to the program, I managed to lose 26 lbs!

The Declare Wellness Clinic has been phenomenal. My wife and I took a leap of faith with DWC to better take control of our health and what a remarkable journey it has been. Both of us have seen tremendous improvements in numerous areas of our health with the support and care provided by Declare. Dr. Cohen, Amanda and the rest of the team truly care and have gone the extra mile to help facilitate our success.
