Declare Wellness has been life-changing! With Dr. Cohen, Amanda, and their amazing staff by my side, I lost over 20 pounds and feel healthier, more balanced, and energized than I have in years. They provide individual care with bloodwork and genetic testing to know exactly what your body needs. Highly recommend!

Dr. Cohen was highly recommended to me by a friend who had amazing results, and I’m so glad I decided to work with him. During the 3-month program, I learned so much about living a truly healthy lifestyle and the importance of the right diet and exercise.
