Recently I met with Dr. Bill Hauck of Hauck Chiropractic to help me feel better. In our meeting, he listened to my concerns of my body being out of alignment, pain discomfort, and feeling run down. After listening, he then asked important questions to help me explain further in detail what my body was feeling. From there, Dr. Bill was able to determine next steps. X-rays were taken to diagnosis and evaluated my body concerns. He reviewed my posture, alignment issues, and pain. A plan for wellness was established that included chiropractic care (adjustments) and nutrition. At a later date, I completed a wellness survey to determine my wellness issues such as fatigue, nervousness, sleeplessness, low energy, etc. A nutrition plan was developed to support a healthy day-to-day balance. Our goal together is to focus on correcting the cause of pain and strengthening my body in such a way that prevents pain from recurring and healing my body to optimum performance of well-being.
