I have been with air doctor now for many years. They are honest and straightforward and very dependable and reliable. I use them for my house, my business, my mom’s house, my church, and all my friends. They have good maintenance plans that keeps your system in tune every 6 months. Highly recommend them and highly recommend the maintenance plans!!

Additional information since this last post 3 months ago. I moved forward today with the purchase of a new system through Airs Doctor Services in Murrells Inlet. I am truly amazed at this company. The amount of detail and review they do to make sure I had the perfect unit and fit for my house was amazing. Anthony came over from Air Doctor and went into my attic crawling through the ceiling checking and sizing for new installation. He worked magic with the numbers, and I had to move forward with the purchase. We had guests staying at our rental beach home. We received a call at about 9pm from them saying that the AC was on but the air hadn’t cooled. They said it wasn’t an emergency, but wanted to let us know to schedule a future visit. I called and left a msg and within MINUTES received a call saying we were the 3rd stop. I let our guests know and they said to let them know that the next day service would be fine .. Again, I left another msg at Air Doc and again, I received a prompt call back saying they were already on their way. Andrew Rayburn, the technician, quickly found the issue ( system was displaying a lockout code) , reset, and the AC started right up!... read full review
