Had a glasses emergency, was on vacation from Cali. Quick google search brought me in wouldn’t ya know it! Got my mess snapped up quick. The wonderful service and friendly smiles only added to the already great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Charleston area!

Recently visiting family in Mt Pleasant, had a mishap, the puppy thought my glasses were a chew toy. Called around to find a solution, no luck finding the frames I needed for the lenses. I spoke to the team at Whitlock, they didn't have the frame however offered to swap out pieces to repair the frames, 10 calls 1 solution offered. I went in they got me up and running in 15 minutes. Customer service above and beyond. I live in NH, but my daughter will be back to Whitlock for her Eye Care.Thank you.

The tiny magnet on my glasses lens came out so I was unable to use the magnetized sunglasses. While traveling through Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, we stopped in to see if the magnet could be glued back in. Yes!Mr Whitlock had the tools necessary and was able to ! Looking around the office while waiting on the repair, I notice there was a fabulous array of frames, very chic, stylish and different! The decor inside is also very tropical which give it very nice vibe. I live in tropical south Florida and if I could, I would pick up this shop and relocate it to my area!!
