This place is more than a yoga studio, it’s a community. I leave feeling empowered and strong. I love the variety of class offerings and their instructors are top notch. The music and lighting is a vibe and each time I go I find myself drawn back. I find myself actively trying not to go 7 days a week. If you haven’t tried theworks before this is your sign to get in the room!

I moved to CHS about two years ago and have been going to The Works consistently for the last 6 months. I work remote and being new to the area, I didn't know many people. The environment at The Works is so welcoming and really supports a healthy mind/healthy body. The instructors are amazing and I enjoy going to the variety of classes they offer. It is never boring! It is challenging and can be fast-paced but don't let that intimidate you. You can go at your own rate and you will get better and better! It's so much fun, they play great music, promote positive vibes and you will leave feeling proud of yourself! I'm so much stronger and healthier because of this practice....read full review

Hands down, the best fitness studio you will find. The community and love shared are unparalleled. “Come for the fitness, stay for the heart work” everyone needs a place like this to call “home” ❤️
