Had an 80 minute massage with CJ today and he did a superb job! He listened to my concerns carefully before we began and then cared for me in exactly the way I needed. I’ll definitely be back!
I have been going to The NOW at least once a month for almost a year now and have booked The Healer massage every time with James W or Matt P--they are both phenomenal therapists! James's energy is pristine with a firm and intentional technique; Matt is intuitive in his touch and has been able to work out knots I thought I'd have forever (lol). It is apparent how my energy and body are reset and refreshed every time I leave an appointment. The investments I have made here have supported my mental health and overall wellness. And as a subscribing member, you can't beat the price point! This place checks all the boxes and more.

I’ve been seeing Connor at The NOW for a few months now, and I truly can’t say enough good things. I’m a high-anxiety personality and it’s very hard for me to relax or get out of my head. I also have a background in massage therapy and work as a PT, so I’m extremely particular about who puts their hands on me.
Connor is the first massage therapist I’ve seen in years who can consistently get me completely relaxed — I’ve even fallen asleep during sessions, which never happens for me! I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and physically amazing.
