Yesterday was my first experience getting my senior cat groomed. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by staff, and everyone was so incredibly kind! My normally shy cat started immediately rubbing against a staff member after being taken out of his carrier. It was like he KNEW they were cat people! They were very knowledgeable, and clearly informed me about everything they would do for him while he was there. When I picked him up he was so calm in his carrier, and was a little angel the whole way home. He went right back to normal after getting home. I couldn’t have asked for a more incredible experience. We will be back!
Felix came in for his first grooming session ever and he came out looking amazing! the staff was very kind and treated him so well. will definitely be bringing him back for his future grooming!
My ragdoll cat, Piper, was badly matted on the stomach and inner legs. Whitney shaved those areas and removed the mats. She also did a sani trim.
My cat looked and felt so much better. She was calm and relaxed when I picked her up after the service.
