I truly cannot thank Erica enough! The process from beginning to end (and still now!), she has been nothing but professional yet a friend, honest, clear, guiding, and so kind. She answered every question I had with such patience and understanding (and I definitely was in the process of learning so much). She made everything from touring homes, to placing offers, to negotiation and truly every part of the process so much easier. Words cannot express how thankful my wife and I are to have been able to work with John Bell and the Southern Bell Living team.
