Played 7/26/2025. Course was in great shape! Challenging and fun layout. The fairways were lush and the greens were fast. Heat index was 110 and we saw the beverage cart every third hole. From the pro shop to the bar to the beverage cart…ithe staff was amazing! Highly recommend this course if you are in the Charleston area.
As for the one star reviews, unseasonably cold winters can negatively impact warm weather grass. Rivertowne has recovered from this past winter.
Golf cart had a note that course was going to have scheduled aerification week of July 28. The agronomy team is taking great care of this course.
Played here mid-April. Course was in good condition in spite of an extremely dry spring. The couse has a great layout which is challenging, but yet fair and playable. Look forward playing here again.
