Wonderful experience from start to finish. Lee was sent to my house to do a general system checkup. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Making an appointment was super easy and the person in the office making appointments was so friendly and nice on the phone. It's hard to find an HVAC company in Mount Pleasant that isn't owned by a big private equity firm, so it's great peace of mind to know that the company is locally owned by people who actually care. 10000% would recommend!

A/C was out and house temps were 90 degrees. I called 3 companies and Pleasant Air was the only one to call me back promptly. Jeremy gave me a projected window, and held to that timeframe even after backlogs due to a tropical storm. They promptly diagnosed the problem, picked up the part and installed, fixing the problem within 24 hrs. Each visit was well communicated and the techs were friendly without overselling. It was so refreshing to encounter this professionalism!

Needed a second opinion on AC repair and Jeremy sent his ace, Tony,, to check it out that very afternoon on a hot day. Tony worked his magic, provided an immediate solution and the AC is running beautifully to this day. I would and will call them for any AC or heating issue. Thank you guys for a job well done.
