“I was visiting Isle of Palm for vacation and found this studio to attend. This was by far one of my favorite classes that I have taken. Both instructors (Lois and Lauren) could not have been more welcoming. I felt so comfortable for being a beginner and was able to follow along and feel the burn!! If you are a tourist, looking for a great workout while on vacation, I highly recommend Exhale. I will be back next year!”
