Schrader is the epitome of what true massage therapy is all about. I’ve had an issue going in with my neck these past few years which only continued to worsen even while seeing a Chiropractor. I quit everything all together and a couple months ago when the pain and movement had gotten unbearable, I learned about fascia massage and found her. I’ve been seeing her regularly every week, sometimes 2X weekly to properly and thoroughly get to the root of it all. You will not regret this
I had never had a massage therapist I was loyal to - until now. Schrader is the absolute best - she has helped me with back, glutes, foot and shoulder pain - whatever I injure, Schrader helps me get back to the activities I love! Both she and her space are warm, inviting and healing. Everyone I refer to her thanks me.
Schrader is the best! I always feel significantly less pain for a good while after an appointment. Would highly recommend her to anyone that deals with back and/or sciatic nerve issues like myself.
