I did not have my eye exam done at LensCrafters but I did receive new eye wear there. The associate that assisted me was remarkable. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with navigating my insurance information and with choosing new glasses. I highly recommend LensCrafters for all your eye care needs
I was out of town for work on a Sunday, and the screw came out of my brand new glasses (not from a Lens Crafters store). I was desperate for help and thankfully found this store open. Arnisha and Kiran both went above and beyond (they spent about 45 mins working on my glasses). They were able to fix the problem, and I am so thankful they were available. But their customer service and kindness were phenomenal, and they literally saved the day for me! If I lived in Charleston, I would absolutely make this my go-to place.
