I spent 10+ years trying to find a great CPA, and Matt is exactly who I’ve been looking for! One of the first things he told me was that we are going to focus on strategy and look at my tax situation before tax season. It's amazing how this should be the industry standard, but almost no tax professional cares enough about their clients to actually do it. Not Matt! He also flawlessly cleaned up my messy S-Corp and personal returns from a previous preparer. If you want someone who truly has your back, Matt is your guy. 10/10 highly recommend!

been working with Matthew for 2 years now. He's been accurate, timely and friendly through all my different needs: my digital agency S-Corp business before, during and after a transaction (sale of company), personal taxes, starting up a new company in a new state (LLC), and training me on how to do quickbooks online and assisting with choosing the right accounting software (vs Quickbooks). So far, haven't brought an issue to him that he hasn't been able to help me with!

Initially inquired about LLC vs C and S-corp and Matthew took the time to explain the pros and cons of each including tax implications. Matthew was a recommendation from a friend of mine in the manufacturing business and said "Matthew is the best you'll find" and I've found that to be true. Wish I had taken my friend's advice earlier.
