Dr. Tara’s knowledge of nutrition is amazing. I’ve been trying to get help for over 5 years. Dr. Tara has a the first who seems to have a thorough knowledge of the body at its root and has a plan for my healing. It could take 9-12 months. I am cautiously optimistic.If you are paying for supplements to try to heal yourself, consider taking a pause and letting Dr. Tara confirm the path you’re on. I’ve literally been flushing thousands of dollars down the toilet for years because my body wasn’t absorbing any of it. Also, the supplements I was taking on my own were to deal with the symptoms. Dr. Tara knows what the cause is AND has a plan to help fix it.

Jasmine administered my colonic and helped me not only find holistic health help, but also the gave me the best atmosphere to detoxify in. Jasmine is a healer truly. Neda and Tara are a excellent doctors and advisors who take the time to understand you, my experience at gut harmony was nothing short of superb for my health and better understanding my hormones and how I can better control my dietary choices for a stronger micro biome /balanced self.

Great relaxing and cleansing experience. It’s a spa environment that makes it’s so comforting. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly with high respect for privacy, which makes the experience that much more comfortable. Nutritional guidance has made a great difference in my health and weight!
