I have been going to Mason Smith for 40 years and have received the best eye care and great service. However I am disappointed the practice has been taken over by Elevated Eye Care and the entire front office staff that knew me by name has been replaced. They took all my insurance info and never informed me they are no longer a VSP preferred provider. Never had a copay- after my annual check up I was informed I owed 50 dollars. Upon paying I was still not informed they were no longer a VSP preferred provider. --Poor staffing Dr. Smith rates 5 stares -staffing 1
Always a pleasant experience. They do a very thorough job and have the latest and greatest technology. I've been seeing them for 10 years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
I have been a patient with Dr Smith’s practice for over 39 years and never reason to complain but this morning I was kept waiting by Dr Bollard for an hour and then decided to leave. I know doctors habitually make patients sit and twiddle their thumbs but this has never happened with Dr Smith himself. I am disappointed but will try again next year and hopefully Dr Ballard will have improved upon her time management skills. It’s a shame because the office staff are all so friendly and professional.
