My visit with Expertise Dental was more than expected! They were knowledgeable, through and patient to answer my questions with their treatment plan!

Dr. Rupp was amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly.
The entire team made me feel valued as a patient, and it was clear that they genuinely care about providing excellent care. I’m so excited to have found such an exceptional dental practice and look forward to being a patient here!

After dealing with several complex dental issues for over four years, I felt overwhelmed and stuck. Coordinating care across multiple providers felt overwhelming, and I struggled to find someone with the right combination of advanced training and experience who could truly help.

When I first came across Expertise Dental, I was nervous just making that initial phone call. But from the very first conversation with Jenna at the front desk, I felt genuinely heard and supported. She was patient, kind, and clearly understood exactly what I was describing — something that had been missing in previous calls.

What stood out immediately is that Expertise Dental is a true team of skilled dentists with different specialties who work together to create a comprehensive plan. After following their Instagram for a while and seeing their commitment to ongoing learning and advanced training, it built trust in their expertise.

My first consultation brought such a deep sense of relief. Joyce made me feel completely at ease with her clear explanations and caring manner. Dr. Melissa Minger Swanson, who is handling my case, has a gentle, thoughtful approach that truly touched me — she combines real skill with such kindness. Every single team member I’ve interacted with — from Randi, who made the photos such a breeze, to Mandi, who’s been so helpful with questions and billing —each member has been professional, patient, and detail-oriented.

The entire office runs smoothly -it’s clear a tremendous amount of thoughtful care and hard work has gone into building this practice.

I’m so grateful to Dr. Amanda Seay for creating this collaborative, high-level environment and to Dr. Swanson for the confidence I now have moving forward with my treatment.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the comprehensive plan Dr. Melissa Minger- Swanson and her team develop for me and continuing this journey with them.

Update** Just completed the second visit to Expertise Dental, and they continue to exceed every expectation. This is a practice built on deep roots of knowledge. Dr. Swanson deeply studies each patient and crafts a plan with genuine care. I have a misaligned bite, which has been affecting my breathing and sleep. Dr. Swanson designed for me a custom Kois Deprogrammer device- which has already boosted the quality of my life via significantly deeper nose breathing and sleep. Looking forward to the next steps!

Couldn't be better... professional, friendly, and competent.

Always a good experience with Randy!! I have back issues and she ensures that I am comfortable in the chair. She will work as quickly as possible and angle the chair so there is little pressure on my back. She also provides a warming neck wrap. To be able to come home from the dentist and not be in severe back pain is a gift and speaks volumes. Thank you Randy!! The entire practice is wonderful!

Dr. Swanson and Angela Holsten are amazing. They have gone out of their way to help properly diagnose my kids dental and airway issues. They are ahead of our time in the dental field. They are also kind, patient and accommodating. I highly recommend.
