The entire team has always provided outstanding care and regardless of good or bad news, they are straight shooters. They are also kind and compassionate towards patients and owners.
I see posts regarding costs. Healthcare, be it for animals or people is expensive these days. I pay it because they are outstanding and stay very current with knowledge and equipment. We are very lucky to have a practice with this level of expertise so close to home.

We had a wonderful experience today with Dr. Hernandez! Dr. Hernandez was so kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We brought our beloved pet goose, Gus to see him today because she has been limping. I spoke to the friendly office manager, Chandler yesterday to make the appointment. My Mccaw (jelly bean)suddenly experienced respiratory distress, we rushed him to Exotic and they immediately began the treatment process. The reception staff were excellent. The doctors were outstanding. We had to drive hours to get there but it was definitely worth it. We have him home and thanks to Exotic jelly is a different bird this morning.
