Always wonderful, everyone is super friendly and helpful! Staff is knowledgeable and deals with a wide variety of pets and health concerns and takes the time out of their day to really explain everything. Not only do I love everyone in the practice but so do my girls (ferret and budgie), would recommend to anyone needing care for their exotic babies <3

Drove all the way from Florida to bring my ferret here for an MCT removal. She’s elderly and no vets in my state would remove it without general anesthesia. Exotic vet care found a much safer solution for her that would not require general anesthesia and the doctor (I believe Dr. Duvall) was SO incredibly informative, patient and understanding of my fears. I’m truly impressed by the care my ferret Bella received. The entire staff is hands down the sweetest and kindest staff I’ve ever met. Everything went absolutely perfect and it was very much so worth the trip! Your pet couldn’t be in better hands here.

They ALL took suck good care of my bunny when he was sick. They went above and beyond giving him his favorite foods and lots of attention. They were also very compassionate keeping me updated with phone calls and pictures. I can’t say enough positive things about this amazing and professional group. They exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend them.
