First time patient. Dr. Funkhauser was very lively, kind and professional. She talked me through options and gave explanations that I could understand. Our conversation felt safe and open. This office was recommended to me by several friends that have established care here. I was in the market for a new OBGYN after several years of not being happy with mine. After doing some research and reaching out for recommendations I finally chose this practice. I immediately noticed when I called to make an appointment now friendly the staff was. The receptionist was so friendly and was able to book me with no issues. I was in the market to find someone close to me being that I am in Summerville but I was willing to make sure he drive for the right doctors and staff. Whenever I call them regarding bill payments/ patient portal I always have a bad experience. I keep getting forwarded to another person with very long wait times. I called the billing office and the person is always so rude. However, the overall experience at the hospital is actually great, I just wish calling them wasn't such a hassle.
