My wife received excellent front desk, nurse and physician care for a shoulder muscle in spasm.
Dr Nielsen is the kind of man with whom you become comfortable immediately. He asked questions about her symptoms and listened carefully as she described what she was experiencing. We followed his suggested treatment plan and the problem resolved with a few days. We highly recommend Novant Health Urgent Care.
Very friendly staff. The PA that saw me, Ms Goetz, was very knowledgeable and reassuring. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided me with all of the information I needed to take with me. Definitely will return for any urgent care needs.
I was sick as a dog and saw Alessandra Goetz (a PA at the practice). I cannot say enough good things about her. She really took the time with me to ask good questions, see what medications I'd already taken for the issue, and what might resolve it.
HOWEVER, I would say the practice is somewhat deceptive with regards to billing practices. When I left, I inquired about payment, and they told me I'd get something in the mail. At no point did they ask for a copy of my insurance, which covers urgent care visits.
