Everyone was vey kind and helpful. The nurse practitioner answered all the questions I had and provided, not only a course of action to get better, but preventative measures for the future. 10/10 would recommend

Dr Nielsen is the kind of man with whom you become comfortable immediately. He asked questions about her symptoms and listened carefully as she described what she was experiencing. We followed his suggested treatment plan and the problem resolved with a few days. We highly recommend Novant Health Urgent Care.
Very friendly staff. The PA that saw me, Ms Goetz, was very knowledgeable and reassuring. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided me with all of the information I needed to take with me. Definitely will return for any urgent care needs.
