Best personal trainers in Charleston county! I was a 280lbs butterball when I started there 5 years ago and today I am in better shape than 99% of men my age. I would highly recommend their services, they are less expensive than other chain gyms in the area and 100x more effective!
Hands down, best choice I've made training at DFINE fitness. The trainers have the capacity of changing things up, making the workouts interesting as well as challenging. The trainers are very personable and knowledgeable. They give me motivation to continue training. They also keep the gym extremely clean. I’m happy with my progress. Highly recommend DFINE FITNESS!
My wife and I started working out at DFINE about a year ago, and we have completely transformed our bodies and gotten into much better shape. We work out with Mikey who is always encouraging, enthusiastic, and challenging. I'm more muscular at 52 years old than I have been for my entire life, and both of us are enjoying our new level of fitness. Each workout is different and Mikey makes sure to specifically design everything for us individually. We love DFINE!
