I bring both of my cats here. I’ve gotten a bad feeling the last few visits when I would bring my cats in. The girls who work up front always act like you are annoying them, being very short with their responses and almost like they are speaking down to you. Today I had something urgent come up with my kitten and I was completely blown off over the phone when I tried making a same day appointment to be seen. I explained to them that she has stopped eating and they offered me an appointment two whole days later. In an off-putting tone I was told that if she vomits again that I need to just take her to an emergency vet. Thankfully I was able to get in at their new Daniel Island location. Everyone there was so incredibly kind and understanding. I likely won’t be coming back to this location if I can help it.

Dr. Leeman and his team at Crescent Care Veterinary Clinic in Mount Pleasant have provided exceptional, compassionate care for all of our furbabies—from puppies all the way to our senior at 16 years old. They are affordable, trustworthy, and never push unnecessary tests or services like some other clinics we’ve used in the past. I believe they’ve also opened a location on Daniel Island, which is great news for anyone nearby!

I've been taking both my dogs to Crescent Care for years, and with every visit (be it a panicked emergency or a routine check up), the vets and techs there help make every situation better, even the really hard ones. They listen, they are kind, patient, and proactive. My dogs are both weirdos with their own bag of issues, and I always feel lucky we have a vet close by who has people there that understand and even welcome difficult patients. Me, Ernie and Cooper appreciate your kindness, patience, and ability to help. We are lucky to have you in our community.

the very best. having 3 cats and 2 dogs, proper vet care can be pricey however Crescent Care is far more reasonable prices than other local vets. Im so happy to be a client of theirs as i know my crew are taken care of. Most recently, Dr.Yager practically saved my cats life after he had a urinary blockage and a local emergent vet just wanted to euthanize. Highly recommend CCV to everyone.

I cannot say enough great things about Crescent Care. I have a Cavalier and he was in severe pain and suddenly not acting like his happy, lively self. The clinic was able to fit me in for an appointment that same night and Dr. Leeman and the office staff were so professional and helpful in figuring out what was going on with my dog. Dr. Leeman performed a thorough physical exam on my dog and was able to diagnose him with IVDD. Dr. Leeman gave me options on how to proceed with further testing and treatment options and explained the diagnosis thoroughly. Murphy is already doing better after just a couple of days of following the treatment protocol. I am so thankful I found Crescent Care and would trust them with my pet any day!!

Dr. Yeager is truly phenomenal! From the moment we first saw her, it was clear how compassionate, honest, and extremely caring she is. In a time when these qualities are becoming rare, her kindness shines through, making a world of difference. She’s not just a great vet – she’s a blessing from God. I’ve had so much anxiety and worry about my cats' dental procedures, but Dr. Yeager’s expertise and genuine care have put my mind at ease.
