I can’t say enough good things about Coastal Therapeutics. Knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and genuinely want to see you improve and recover. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Vicky Connelly is a wonderful physical therapist. She gives her patients one-on-one attention - not the gymnasium style of multiple patients with multiple therapists all vying for attention that some pt providers use. Very nice office staff as well.

I came to South Carolina to be closer to my daughter after suffering a spontaneous fracture of my thoracic spine and in a very debilitative state. My fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue had resurfaced after a hiatus of almost two years and I was weaning off pharmaceuticals. My entire being was on high alert and my PTSD was unmanageable. I had already been to two other therapists - one too aggressive, the other totally ineffective - and I was quickly losing hope.
