I really enjoyed the intro class, but I cannot find a single class to take. Everything is waitlisted or full. Disappointing, but I hope that means the business is doing well. Hopefully they will open up a second location.

I have been going to the Mount Pleasant location for over 2 years, and have to say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. These women are like a family to me. My body has never looked or felt better. The instructors are top notch and Diane at the desk is always so helpful. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. Thank you CP!! ♥️♥️♥️

My most favorite place! I have been coming here for almost 2 years and it is the first exercise program I have ever been consistent with. I actually look forward to every single class. I absolutely love the manager, Diane! She is mature and very professional. I enjoy her smiling face every time I walk in the door!! All of the instructors are amazing. They all have their strengths that every class you take you get a different work out. I cannot say enough about this studio!
