I have really enjoyed Charleston Power Yoga during my intro month. All the instructors have been really helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere as a whole is also great! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to get into or try hot yoga.

I'm new to the area, and was super excited to find my new yoga home. CPY has been super great and welcoming. I have really enjoyed all of the teachers and the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to someone looking to get into hot yoga!

This is my favorite yoga studio! Instructors are all very adept and talented, yet they make the classes approachable. The temperature is warm and all allows for a nice sweat, but not overwhelming. Highly recommend!
