We were SO pleased working with Kathy at Charleston Design Center! She was professional, so friendly, so easy to talk to and work with. They were super quick getting us quotes and getting us on the schedule. Terry and his partner who did the install were awesome- their craftsmanship was beautiful. They are all absolute pros at their job. I would highly recommend giving Kathy a call for your flooring needs!

We decided to change the carpet in one of our bonus rooms and Kathy was our contact that helped us select the style and quality we wanted and even brought samples to our house. She measured, talked about logistics and walked me through the whole process with ease. For the installation she assured me they only work the best flooring guys. She was dead on.
