Now located within the certified breast center in Mount Pleasant, it provides patients with efficient care under one roof. Overall, reviews reflect a mix of experiences. Many patients have praised the pleasant staff, quick availability, and prompt service over the years. Routine mammogram appointments have been described as smooth and efficient, with minimal wait times. However, some patients have expressed frustration with the difficulty in scheduling appointments this year, citing challenges in reaching the center by phone and delays in response. This has led to some considering switching to other facilities, which is unfortunate given previous positive experiences. Despite these concerns, the center has received commendations for its caring environment and attentive staff, particularly during procedures and hospital stays.
I have been twice in the past few years for a mammogram and have always had a gray experience! The only thing I didn’t love was that there was a significant price discrepancy between the low self pay quote they sent me ahead of time and the actual price with insurance that I had to pay. I chalk that up to high deductible insurance plans. Everyone has been so kind and helpful and made the whole process as smooth as possible for it being a mammogram. :)

OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN GREAT FOR MANY YEARS. PLEASANT STAFF, QUICK AVALIABILITY, PROMPT AND FAST SERVICE. HOWEVER, THIS YEAR I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THEM ON THE PHONE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH NO RETURN CALL, AS WELL AS CALLED AND WAITED ON HOLD FOR OVER 20 MINUTES WITH NOONE EVER PICKING UP. NORMALLY I SCHEDULE THE SAME DAY I GET MY ORDERS TO AVOID 2 SEPERATE TRIPS TO MT PLEASANT, BUT NOT THIS YEAR. THEREFORE, I WILL BE SWITCHING TO ANOTHER FACILITY. THIS IS UNFORTUNATE
