I started seeing Allison after I had surgery to remove a blood clot in my leg. Even 4-5 months after, I was unable to run or jump or perform any similar exercises without significant leg pain and was told by my physician that only time would help. I was referred to Allison by a physical therapist back in October. Within 1-2 months, I was completely back to my active lifestyle running up to 5-6 miles. My leg is no longer in any pain or has any significant swelling. It's been the greatest relief in months!

I am a martial artist with a tight hamstring and a bum knee. Not only has Ashli helped me with my day to day soreness and tightness in my body, specifically legs. She's also working with me to rehab my surgically repaired knee, and teaching my the most efficient ways to stretch my body! Loving my progress so far.

The work Ashli has done is excellent. She has a very holistic approach and communicates with other professionals helping me. Someday I'll be able to touch my toes!
