If I could give Cats Only more than 5 stars I would! Over the past couple of years, the entire staff has gone above and beyond to give my two cats the best care imaginable! Dr. Fuller, Dr. Alice, Rita, and Sherri truly treat my cats like furry family members. I couldn’t be more thankful for Cats Only not only for their expertise, but for my peace of mind knowing my cats get the best veterinary care in the Charleston area.

This past summer I switched my three guys, two kittens and senior gal, to Cats Only and have been nothing but impressed. I only feel badly I’ve been having my cats slum it in practices with dogs for so long! The office is quiet and calm (no scary barking), you are shown to an exam room right away, and you can tell everyone is approaching the patient with cat behavior and comfort in mind. I never feel rushed, my concerns are always addressed thoroughly and never dismissed, and I’m usually the one who brings the appointment to a close when I feel my questions have been answered. Everyone knows my cats and remembers them, and in a world where cat veterinary care often plays second fiddle I feel confident bringing my pack to a place that focuses 100% on species specific needs. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Fuller and his team enough- I’m telling all my cat lady (and cat guy) friends!

We started taking our cats to Cats Only about 6 years ago. Best decision we have made for cat care. The staff is just amazing very knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate. Dr. Ben never appears rushed, always takes the time necessary for your pet. Dr. Ben is a very gifted vet.

My experience at Cats Only was AMAZING. My cat is typically very spicy at the vet and we often cannot get his exam done, it’s usually so stressful, but the staff here handled him so well and made our experience so smooth. I’ll never take my cat anywhere else again, I wish I found them sooner!

Took my babies Darwin and Louis for their annual/establish care appts yesterday, and I was so impressed with the service. Dr. Ben is such a gentle loving person and my cat that literally hates everyone seemed to be very fond of him and his staff :) Thank you all so much for what you do! Can't recommend them enough!!

Dr. Fuller, Niki and Rita really caring people. They have a calming and supportive place for our babies. We started bringing our pets here 6 years ago when we moved from Atlanta. The relationship has only grown in a positive direction. I am confident your kitties will thrive here.

From the moment you arrive you are welcomed with friendly receptionists, waiting area has calming diffusers and once you’re in the exam room there is classical music playing, toys, and more diffusers. Caroline was very patient with my questions and was helpful and very kind. Dr. K was very informative and takes great care when answering your questions. Dr. K is very passionate about what he does and knows his stuff! (He only has 8 cats) :) Cats Only Vet went above and beyond our expectations and prior vet experiences and we would highly recommend them to all cat owners in the area!

We adopted kittens and dealing with a parasite issue causing diarrhea, and the staff was amazing, as expected. Dr. Fuller spends so much time in the room with us and the cats - unlike so many practices. As I was leaving his office, I was JUST about to get onto the on-ramp to go back home to Summerville (Yes, I travel that far, because they're worth it), and one of the kittens poo'd in the carrier, and they both were walking in it and getting it everywhere. It was awful. I made a U-turn and it was after 5:30, the office was closed, but I had JUST left. Dr. Fuller was still there and answered my desperate banging on the door - in tears, needing help so I didn't sit for two hours in traffic with poopy kittens. He helped me bathe them off and loaned a clean carrier to me to get them back home. I am so grateful - it was mortifying, and Dr. Fuller just calmly took care of it. He sets the bar so high, I just can't see us going to another vet unless we move too far away - and Summerville isn't too far for us.

I couldn't be happier to have found this vet. Everyone is very nice and the doctor takes time to observe your cat, do a thorough physical exam, go over results, and answer your questions. Pricing is very reasonable especially for MtP.
